Agesco, Geophysical is an ARAB Oil & Gas Exploration geophysical service company: owned by OAPIC organization, operating from its head quarter in Libya.
During the year 2014, Agesco Management approached us to execute two major projects which were successfully executed and completed in due schedule. Those projects are;
Project 1: Organization Design and structure including remuneration policy Review and developing a new salary structure and compensation package.
Project 2: Developing strategic and operating plan for the year 2015- 2020. which was approved in the general assembly meeting in Cairo>

NOC

National Oil field Catering Service Company
– The company management intended to carry out demographic analysis and manpower competency assessment leading to M/P indicators to set future manpower plans .
– Almanfad Role was to collect and enhance m/p database and run demographic analysis, conduct interviews and prepare a road map for the manpower plan for the next three years >
– Prepare a full presentation of the report findings for the company management to discuss at the general assembly meeting at NOC.

Libyan Ministry of Justice

– During 2014 The justice Ministry introduced the initiative of developing and modernizing it Administrative head quarter, to enhance capacity building develop strategic plan, etc…
– The project contract was awarded to “LMI” US company, and we at Almanfad, selected to be strategic partner to the Ministry of Justice ;
1.To set the tender document.
2.To negotiate the contract with LMI.
3.to Follow up the project execution and carry out the knowledge transfer to ministry work teams.

Leadership Gap Analsyis Projects

We at Almanfad developed our own 360leadership gap analysis survey composed of investigating 8 competencies namely: strategic planning –management skills – leadership skills – communication and relations skills – personnel management skills –work disciplines skills – work environment and values understanding.
Developed sub- competencies for each of the above 8 competencies.
Developed weights for each competency criteria in relation to the management level in the hierarchy.
– A mechanism in how to link result with training needs analysis and develop training plan.
The project was executed for Agesco company and the national Cyber Security Authority.

LITC

LITC strategic Plan review and implementation project
The Libyan International Telecommunication Co. faced a problem to put there strategic plan in action, so the CEO approached Almanfad for help to review the strategic plan , set KPIs for strategic objectives, cascade those objectives to departmental levels and jointly develop targets, initiatives and operating plan.

Policy development and practicies of proper selection and recruitment project:
LITC Management had the desire to develop selection and recruitment policy , mechanisms and procedure, together with recruiting (3) department managers and 15 experienced engineers.

Medical Supply Authority Project

he study was to organized develop policy , procedures and documentation for” medical Store Management across the country of Libya and establish distribution system of onPush & Pull Flow Based Distribution to enable themain store to distribute & operateeffectively. The report included :

1. Medical distribution operating model /2. Complete organisation structure and manning requirement outline. / 3. Roles and responsibilities and decision making process, and department inter dependencies and relationships / 4. Job families and job description / 5. Policy and procedures manual,forms and documentation. /6. A RACI Matrix based on swim-lane
approach.

Aljeel Organizational Assessment Project

A complete an thorough analysis of the status-que of Aljeel organization structure, roles and responsibilities – authority manual- review od job description, etc with focus on re-organising the finance and procurement activities and HR department.
